In einer öffentlichen Anhörung informieren sich die Mitglieder des Gesundheitsausschusses unter Vorsitz von  Dr. Carola Reimann (SPD) am Mittwoch, 25. Januar 2012 ab 14 Uhr bei mehreren Experten über Folgen einer möglichen Legalisierung von Cannabis. Hintergrund der 90minütigen Sitzung im Anhörungssaal 3 101 des Berliner Marie-Elisabeth-Lüders-Hauses ist ein Antrag der Fraktion Die Linke (17/7196).

Berlin - Nicht mehr über die Apotheke will ein Schmerzpatient sein Cannabis beziehen, sondern selbst anbauen. Dafür kämpft er vor Gericht, weil das Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte (BfArM) seinen Antrag ablehnte. Das Verfahren zieht sich bereits seit eineinhalb Jahren in die Länge. Der Eigenanbau wäre für ihn preiswerter.

The United States likes to portray itself as the "Land of the Free" yet we lock up more people overall and per capita than any country in the world. A new study out today found that one out of three people in the United States will be arrested by the time they are 23.
